Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy grounded in a relational and psychodynamic approach. Sessions are typically once per week, though the rhythm of our meetings can increase depending on what feels most supportive to the work. Together, we explore longstanding patterns, moments of conflict or confusion, and the emotional themes that shape daily life. The aim is a more spacious relationship with yourself — one that can support change and a fuller sense of being alive.
Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis is a more intensive form of treatment that involves meeting multiple times per week. The added frequency provides continuity and depth, allowing us to notice how feelings, defenses, and desires emerge both inside and between sessions. This frame gives room for questions of identity, love, sexuality, trauma, and meaning to unfold in a sustained way. Fees for analytic work are adjusted to support the increased frequency, and we decide together what arrangement is both clinically grounded and personally manageable. Psychoanalysis offers the possibility of lasting transformation — not just relief, but a different way of living and relating.
Consultation
I provide consultation for clinicians looking to deepen their psychoanalytic thinking, explore transference–countertransference dynamics, and develop a more grounded and personal clinical style. These meetings are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on the needs of the clinician and the complexity of the work. Fees reflect the time and thoughtful preparation that consultation requires. This is a collaborative space — a place to think freely, feel supported, and engage with the creative and ethical challenges of our field.
Couples psychodynamic psychotherapy is a way of working that looks beneath everyday conflict and communication to understand the deeper emotional forces that shape a relationship. Each partner brings their own history, fears, and longings into the relationship, and these often meet in powerful, unconscious ways. By slowing down and paying attention to what unfolds between you in the room, couples can begin to recognize old patterns, rediscover intimacy, and build a more honest and sustaining connection.

Sex Therapy
I offer psychodynamically informed sex therapy for individuals and couples exploring issues of desire, intimacy, or identity. Drawing on psychoanalytic training and certification through the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA), I help clients understand the emotional meanings beneath sexual concerns and move toward greater freedom and connection. These meetings are typically weekly and are a place to explore sex in every aspect of your life.
