Adam Haglund LCSW

My work is rooted in psychoanalytic psychotherapy — a process of slowing down, listening closely, and exploring the unconscious patterns that shape your emotions and relationships. The relationship between you and me becomes part of that process, revealing how your history lives in the present and how change becomes possible through understanding.

I listen carefully and encourage you to speak freely about whatever comes to mind — your thoughts, memories, dreams, or feelings about our work itself. Over time, this kind of attention can deepen self-understanding and increase your capacity for connection, love, and satisfaction.

I hope that this site gives you some information you may be looking for, as well as a sense of what it might be like to work together.
